1992. Karel Jennissen establishes an independent company in Germany after cooperation with a German player in the field of industrial reuse of waste materials, under the name N+P Recycling.
1994. Opening Dutch subsidiary branch in home office. The number of long-term contracts with producers and buyers in the Netherlands, Germany and France in particular grows strongly.
2001. Field of activity extends further. Strong increase in the number of projects and volume of trade. Leads to extension of the team and the move of Dutch colleagues to office premises in the Raadhuisstraat in Nieuw-Bergen.
2003. The German team moves into new office premises in Oberhausen. LRG, partner in the plastic recycling market are incorporated in N+P.
Especially for the French market the N+V SAS is established.
2009. N+P Group centralises all auxiliary activities in one central location, Raadhuisstraat Nieuw-Bergen.
Projects in the field of (secondary) fuel and mineralogical residues are incorporated in the new N+P International.
2012. Headquarters moves to the completely new office premises at "de Flammert" in Nieuw-Bergen. In 2012 N+P exports fuel for the first time from the United Kingdom.
2014. N+P Group acquires Subcoal technology’s patents.
2015. N+P Recycling is awarded as ‘Global alternative fuel supplying company of the year’.
